Targeted at the textile and leather industries, these systems increase the number of valves up to a maximum of 48. There is also the option of replacing some valves with larger (higher flow) valves.
The system shown here has 40 valves and was supplied to a leather finishing company. With a stationary 300kg scale and a moving dispense head, it is capable of dispensing into 1 gallon, 5 gallon, 30 gallon and 55 gallon vessels to an accuracy of 0.2 grams.
Pumping out of 5 gallon kits, 55 gallon drums and 320 gallon totes it is one of the most flexible dispensers on the market today. The system is also available in an explosiion-proof form for solvent applications.
