After talking to several ink companies to determine what the market needs are for this product, Caltek Services developed a paste ink dispenser that requires no pumps, but rather relies on a hybrid design of Pressure Vessels and Rams.
This resulted in a dispenser with the minimum number of moving parts, which in turn, means less maintenance. This remains in line with Caltek’s philosophy of designing products with low maintenance overheads.
This method makes the use of valves redundant and allows for a unique draw-back method to be employed.
The system is compact and ergonomic allowing the operator to refill them with ease.
Air tight and stainless steel ensures durability and safety.
The configuration of the dispense head allows the operator to dispense into a container the size of a plastic coffee cup.
The size can be varied to suit the customers needs without extra expense.
