This replaces the existing head, from any manufacturer, with our own stainless-steel head and stainless-steel valves. The result is a dispense head that is much easier to clean, more accurate, and requires much less maintenance. Now there's no need to put up with leaky or sticking valves, and frequent maintenance visits.
As well as our static head (shown above), we also have a moving head that can be used to upgrade dispensers with more than 24 valves. Installation of this head requires more space, so the dispense head cabinet would also need to be replaced. The remainder of the system however would remain the same apart of course from the additional pipework, pumps etc for the extra dispense lines. Here is a typical moving head:
