Dispenser Upgrades

Upgrade your dispenser to our ColorFast software - easier to use, faster to dispense, and with more functionality than the original software.  Whatever the make or model of dispenser, we can upgrade it.  This is a selection of the wide range of dispensers that we have already upgraded:

Existing Hardware

If your existing hardware is one of the following, then we have already upgraded a similar system and have a ready solution for you:

• Inkmaker Piccolo dispensers
• Rexson ink dispensers
• Formula 1 (Fixed head, gravimetric dispenser built by Texicon/Datacolor)
• MVDS (Moving head, gravimetric dispenser built by Texicon/Datacolor)
• AutoWeigh (Moving trolley, gravimetric dispenser built by Texicon/Datacolor)
• PDS (Volumetric dispenser built by ACS/Datacolor)
• Chemical Dispensers (built by Texicon and Bespoke)
• FM1050, FM1405, FV1010 and FX1050 dispensers built by Fluid Management.

Existing Software

Within your existing software you have a valuable formulation database which we can transfer to ColorFast.  We have automatic transfer programs which will convert that data for use by ColorFast, protecting your investment in your formulations.   Our programs currently support conversions from the following software packages:

• Formatix (Supplied by Texicon/Datacolor)
• Prodex (Supplied by ACS/Datacolor)
• TCM/4 "Textile Printing" (Supplied by Texicon/Datacolor)
• Informix "Textile Printing" (Supplied by Texicon/Datacolor)
• Informix "Textile Dyeing" (Supplied by Texicon/Datacolor)
• "TMS" software (Supplied by Bespoke)
• "IMS" (Supplied by Rexson)
• InkControl (Supplied by DataColor)
• Optimamix (Supplied by Fluid Management)

Again, we can investigate other packages.  We can also import formulations from files supplied by ink companies, typically Excel spreadsheets.  Our programs accept various file formats.
